First Post back in the US

So...

Yours truly is back in hot, sunny California again. I've been back since Saturday night, and since then I've been trying to catch up a bit with my family and Kaylin, who is moving to Ohio later this week. Between today and Saturday, I haven't met up with anyone else yet, but my Aunt and Cousins plan to visit tomorrow morning and Alexandra and Kaylin and I plan to go out to lunch together on Wednesday. That is after I enroll at Pacifica and get my driver's ed. papers so I can finally get that permit.

It's really odd being back. A lot has changed, but then again a lot hasn't. Sorry for speaking in riddles, but everything is a riddle at the moment. Figuring out life will hopefully not take a long time. But falsh hope is empty, too.

At the moment I'm just trying to get off jetlag (I woke up at 3 am this morning, the first time I've had major problems with it), catch up, and get into my new routines. Not much else has been happening in the last two days. 48 hours is not particularly long, anyway.
